COvid-19

OVERVIEW

The health, safety and well being of our staff, customers and community are our number one priority. The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic has changed the way we all function in our daily lives and will continue to do so for some time. We are taking this very seriously and responding by developing extensive, clear policies and protocols to safeguard all staff, customers and visitors to our site.

IMPORTANT

It is up to each visitor, customer and staff member to assess their level of comfort when determining whether to use our facilities or not. Please do not put yourself, anyone else or our businesses at risk if you are unwell or have any reservations about using our facility. We are small businesses and are dedicated to providing a safe, welcoming space for our community. Please consider all of this before you make any decisions. Government legislation demands that all Ontario residents are legally required under public health orders to isolate for:

  • 14 days if they have returned from international travel or are in close contact with someone with COVID-19;

  • 10 days if they have any symptoms that are not related to a pre-existing illness or health condition. These include, but are not limited to – cough, fever, shortness of breath, runny nose, or sore throat.

  •

In addition:

  • If you have symptoms, or anyone in your household/social circle has symptoms, or you or anyone in your family/social circle has been to a zone that is highly infectious or considered a “hot spot” and you or they might have been exposed – DO NOT VISIT OUR SITE FOR 14 DAYS.

Planet Bayou and Staff will be following ALL government regulations and recommendations regarding preventing the spread of COVID-19.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE RULES DILIGENTLY – we are all responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and healthy space. If we find anyone not in accordance with these protocols, you will be given a warning and if the behaviour continues, you may be asked to leave.
